Personalised Nutrition Strategy
This is a done-for-you nutrition plan, built specifically for you — your body, your lifestyle, and your goals.
We start with a 3-day food diary and lifestyle questionnaire so Jenna can understand where you’re currently at, what’s working, and what’s getting in the way. You’ll also share your goals and where you want to be. From there, Jenna creates a clear nutrition plan to help bridge the gap using food that fits your life.
